MY STORY
When I first started coaching in 2018 I was a college graduate working as a fitness instructor in three different gyms, while shooting 12 hour weddings most of my weekends and juggling two businesses that I personally owned. I was burnt out and hustling my butt off in so many different avenues to try and make an income. When I started coaching I saw it as another side hustle and income stream on top of all the other jobs I was working. Being a personal trainer/fitness instructor I was so embarrassed for not being in the best shape of my life but how could you when you spend most of your days traveling from client to client with no time to focus on yourself. I was burnt out, 15 lbs heavier and an absolute ball of nerves and stress. I decided I was going to give it thirty days, but after just two weeks I knew this would change my life. In the first bootcamp 21 day bootcamp I saw more progress than I did with three years of trying to train and program my own workouts. I was able to get in the best shape of my life and quit two of my many jobs! In August 2018 we became pregnant and with coaching and our virtual bootcamps I was able to have an amazingly healthy pregnancy, gain the strength I would need for my natural labor and delivery and then start my postpartum journey in the spring of 2019!
Ive been there babe
Ive been the thicker girl struggling through high school. The self conscious college graduate stress ball. The tired momma of a newborn. But Ive become the girl who decided to turn it around. The momma who decided that her health is just as important as her family! Ive personally lost 15+ lbs, strengthened my body physically but most importantly mentally. Ive delt through depression, stress and anxiety. Ive been there. My hope is to be there for you too!
